1. How do I register myself?
Registration is free at Moser Baer Home Video. You can easily become a registered user by filling up a simple form.
- Go to "Member Login" (top right hand corner)
- Click on "New User"
 
Please fill in the form, after which you become a registered member.
 
2. Who can shop?
Only registered users can shop at Moser Baer Home Video. Once you are registered with Moser Baer Home Video, the username and the password can be used to login while shopping and the address provided at the time of registration will be assumed as default shipping address, although you do have the option of selecting different shipping addresses.
 
3. How to search for movies?
From the home page you can search for movies by typing the name and by selecting category from the drop down list. You can also search movies of film personalities, whether directors, producers, actors or actresses. Search from the list page by Alphabet, Genre, and Language by selecting the criteria or by selecting any of the combination. You can also search hot sellers, recent arrivals and Multi packs (Collector's Pack) on the home page.

5. How many languages are Moser Baer home videos available in?

Moser Baer home videos are available in 13 languages:
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Sanskrit, Punjabi and Haryanvi.
 
6. What are the payment options?
Following are the payment options available:-

- Pay By ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD.
- Pay Using Your Internet Enabled Bank Account.

7. When can I get the delivery?

Within 7 days working days from the time of payment authorization from the Payment Gateway, anywhere in the country (Except North east and J&K).
Members will receive the order within 7 working days from the time of payment Authorization
Note: Delivery will be done all over India, except for North-East and Jammu & Kashmir.
 
8. What are the shipping and handling charges?
Our minimum shipping charge starts at Rs.45/- for the first three titles and then is Rs 30 for every three titles, with the maximum amount being Rs.315 for up to 30 titles. We charge for collector's packs separately, although we do not levy shipping and handling charges for above 30 titles. For instance, if you buy 50 titles from us without any collector's packs, we will charge you Rs. 315. Titles 31 to 50 will be shipped free.
 
We use Blue Dart, a reputed service provider, for delivering and tracking orders.
 
9. Is online payment secure at Moser Baer Home video?
Our payment gateway is completely secure. You are asked to give us personal data when placing an order-name and address, e-mail address and credit-card information. We use this data only for the purpose of registering your order, or communicating with you about the status of the order. The customer information is private and confidential, and we do not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. Also, we do not distribute customer information for mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.
 
10. Can I purchase online with a Shipping address outside India?
No, that is not possible, as we don't have to sell our products outside India.
 
11. How do I cancel my order already placed Online?
We are not able to cancel orders once it has been received by our fulfillment centre. We begin processing orders as soon as they are submitted and this mostly works in favour of customers but we do regret that canceling orders before they ship is not currently possible.
